Desert Flame

Desert Flame

Desert Flame had her first jumpout for the prep this morning at Moruya. Her rider is wearing blue in the video above. She jumped very fast and picked up the bit straight away. She travelled good throughout and just knocked up a bit in the closing stages. She will have a second jumpout on the 7th of September with her blinkers on.

Desert Flame is back at the stables and started trackwork this morning. Please click above for her video update.

Desert Flame, No Emotion

No Emotion had a good second jumpout this morning and worked to the line well. He is leading in the video above. He will aim to race at Moruya on the 3rd of April.

Desert Flame did not appreciate the very wet track and she knocked up a bit towards the end of the trial. She is on the rail in the video above and finished second. We will give her a second jumpout in a fortnight or a barrier trial on the 3rd of April before she goes racing.

Desert Flame

Desert Flame had a couple of days off from trackwork this week with some bruising in her feet. She will start working again on Monday and we will aim to have her racing at Sapphire Coast on the 26th of March.

We welcomed Desert Flame to the stables this week. She is a 3 year old filly by Pride of Dubai who won her maiden at Wyong for David Payne. She has settled in well and is aiming to be racing in the next few weeks. Please click below for her first video update:
