Pahang

Pahang pulled up good from his victory on Tuesday at Moruya. Click above for a video update from trackwork this morning.

Congratulations to all his owners! We will aim to race him again at Goulburn on the 14th.

Pahang has a good recovery session at the river on Wednesday morning. He is closest to the camera in the video below. This was only his second time at the river and he really loves it.

We will have to wait one more week before we get to take Pahang racing after Moruya was called off this week. We have him entered to run at Goulburn next Monday (race 6 at 3:40pm). 

Pahang had his first gallop last Saturday and he came into the straight flying (on the outside in the video above). He is still learning but we are happy with how he is coming along and we have nominated him for Moruya next Monday. We have taken the blinkers off and will just let him get back to basics. He is still green but he will get confidence from being on his home track.

The video below is him doing 3/4 pace on his own this morning. He will have a sprint up on Friday.

Pahang started pace work this morning. He will aim to race at Moruya on the 13th of July. He only had a short break so he should be able to get fit enough in time.
